2. Mystery word.
Choose five words that come up in this unit that you didn't know before and that interest you. Write definitions for the words.
For example:
This is an interesting word. It has lots of consonants in it but just one vowel. It means "a split, an ideological disagreement". Do you know what the word is?
I like the sound of this word. It sounds a bit like the name of a stone fruit! Anyway, it's a verb and it means "to have strong affection for something".
Post your definitions in the Forum so that other students can try to guess the words. Read the definitions that other students have posted. Do you know which words they describe or define?
